Biography

  • Won two silver medals at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games, in mixed pairs with Michelle Lee and in mixed freestyle team
  • Won two bronze medals at the 2022 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, in freestyle individual and freestyle pair (with Michelle Lee)
  • Won bronze in freestyle pair with sister Jina Ha at the 2018 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships
  • Won gold in team freestyle and individual freestyle at the 2018 Pan American Championships
  • Won silver with Valerie Ho in mixed pair at the 2023 Pan American Games Qualification Tournament to secure qualification for Santiago 2023
