n Boland est l\u2019un des nombreux joueurs \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre joint \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale en 2011. Il a r\u00e9ussi un 5 de 8 (moyenne au b\u00e2ton de .625) pour aider le Canada \u00e0 remporter les Championnats panam\u00e9ricains de 2012 avant de frapper .333 au Championnat du monde masculin de l\u2019ISF en 2013. Lors de ces deux comp\u00e9titions importantes, il a frapp\u00e9 un coup de circuit et termin\u00e9 cinq tours. Ryan a jou\u00e9 au softball dans l\u2019Association de softball de Goulds avant de se joindre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe 3 Cheers Pub avec laquelle il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cinq Championnats canadiens (2010-2014) et remport\u00e9 trois m\u00e9dailles d\u2019or, une d\u2019argent et une de bronze. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 receveur \u00e9toile du tournoi quatre fois parmi ces cinq ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
