Les gens du monde entier sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e qui fournit des fonds pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s, les soins et la recherche en prenant action pour faire parler les gens.<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e est \u00ab\u2009En sant\u00e9 mentale\u00a0: tous les gestes comptent\u2009\u00bb. Beaucoup d\u2019entre nous en avons \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins ou victimes, y compris les athl\u00e8tes d\u2019\u00c9quipe Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Des olympiennes comme <a href=\"http:\/\/olympique.ca\/education\/resources\/mode-de-vie-sain-et-actif-clara-hughes\/\">Clara Hughes<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/olympique.ca\/team-canada\/stephanie-labbe\/\">Stephanie Labb\u00e9<\/a> ont parl\u00e9 de leur lutte contre la maladie mentale au sommet de leurs performances athl\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Hughes est une porte-parole nationale de la Journ\u00e9e Bell Cause pour la cause et travaille \u00e0 partager son histoire pour montrer que n\u2019importe qui, m\u00eame un olympien, peut \u00eatre affect\u00e9 par la sant\u00e9 mentale. En 2014, elle a entrepris une travers\u00e9e du Canada \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, le <a href=\"http:\/\/olympique.ca\/2014\/03\/13\/le-grand-tour-de-clara-sur-les-routes-du-canada\/\">Grand tour de Clara<\/a>, pour \u00ab\u2009aider \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la sensibilisation, l\u2019acceptation et l\u2019action pour cr\u00e9er un Canada sans stigmatisation\u2009\u00bb. Elle a parcouru plus de 11 000\u00a0km en 110 jours et a visit\u00e9 95 communaut\u00e9s sur son chemin, atteignant chaque province et territoire. Depuis cette travers\u00e9e, Hughes a continu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre une d\u00e9fenderesse de la sant\u00e9 mentale et de la campagne #BellCause.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1360\" height=\"765\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/THLOJG8zdR8?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=fr-FR&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La gardienne de but Labb\u00e9 a parl\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re de ses d\u00e9fis mentaux qui viennent avec <a href=\"http:\/\/olympique.ca\/2019\/01\/28\/stephanie-labbe-une-histoire-de-depression-une-medaille-de-bronze-et-la-puissance-de-la-resilience\/\">le titre d\u2019olympienne et du pouvoir de la r\u00e9silience<\/a>. Dans les ann\u00e9es qui ont suivi sa m\u00e9daille de bronze \u00e0 Rio\u00a02016, Labb\u00e9 a lutt\u00e9 contre la d\u00e9pression et a compris l\u2019impact de ce succ\u00e8s sur sa vie. Il lui a fallu prendre conscience de l\u2019importance de briser le silence et de parler de sa lutte pour que Labb\u00e9 comprenne enfin son \u00ab\u2009but dans la vie\u2009\u00bb. Soyez gentil avec les personnes qui engagent la conversation et faites-leur savoir que vous \u00eates l\u00e0 pour elles.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00c9coutez et demandez. \u00catre un bon auditeur et demander comment vous pouvez aider peut \u00eatre la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du r\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une personne aux prises avec des ennuis de sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<p>4. Choisissez les bons mots. Les mots que vous utilisez peuvent faire toute la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>5.
