Le Comit\u00e9 olympique canadien et Procter & Gamble ont tenu un th\u00e9 d\u2019honneur \u00e0 la Maison olympique du Canada pour remercier les parents qui ont tout donn\u00e9 pour \u00e9lever des athl\u00e8tes olympiques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0En collaboration avec le Comit\u00e9 olympique canadien, nous avons \u00e9tabli un second chez-soi accueillant pour remercier les h\u00e9ros oubli\u00e9s des Jeux olympiques\u00a0: les mamans et les papas,\u00a0\u00bb explique David Grisim, directeur associ\u00e9 de la commercialisation, Procter & Gamble.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e des Jeux, les invit\u00e9s de la MOC pourront profiter de diff\u00e9rents services offerts par P&G dont un salon de beaut\u00e9, un service de lessive Tide et le photomaton \u00ab\u00a0Centre des sourires\u00a0\u00bb de Crest. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019un tel programme est offert \u00e0 la famille et aux amis des athl\u00e8tes olympiques canadiens. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De nombreux parents ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, dont Beata Bokrossy<\/span><\/span> (m\u00e8re d\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span>Adam van Koeverden), Patrisha Reader (m\u00e8re de <\/span><\/span>Martin Reader<\/span><\/span><\/span>) et l\u2019invit\u00e9e d\u2019honneur Christiane Despatie (m\u00e8re d\u2019Alexandre Despatie). Elle a remerci\u00e9 P&G et le COC d\u2019aider la famille et les amis des athl\u00e8tes \u00e0 se sentir chez soi \u00e0 la Maison olympique du Canada.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Patrisha Reader a racont\u00e9 combien elle est fi\u00e8re de son fils Martin et de son co\u00e9quipier Josh Binstock pour la victoire des deux joueurs de volleyball de plage sur la Grande-Bretagne lors du premier jour des Jeux de 2012 \u00e0 Londres. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
