Odds and Ends: A taste of the TO2015 Pan Am Athletes’ Village

Enter the Pan Am Athletes’ Village and feast your eyes on the fare inside a 6,500 square foot multi-use tent, hosting the Pan Am athletes and their appetites. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Food Hall.

Open 24 hours a day, athletes can come, eat and go as they please. The temporary dining tent is expected to serve 500,000 meals, averaging 21,000 per day.

Did you know?

  • The shell of the food tent structure has been used around the world at many different multi-sport games and events.
  • Daily meals are not fixed. Each station has a rotating menu with a new option for every day of the week.
  • Provisions are available for athletes during Ramadan.
