Team Canada’s Chef de Mission Marnie McBean to hold media availability
TOKYO (July 26, 2021) – Team Canada’s Tokyo 2020 Chef de Mission and three-time Olympic champion Marnie McBean will hold a media availability to commemorate the 25th anniversary of her gold medal performance in the double-skulls at Atlanta 1996. Following that gold medal, McBean and her rowing partner, the late Kathleen Heddle, remain Canada’s only triple gold medallists in Summer Olympic history.
