Becky Hartley
Biography
Becky Hartley had enjoyed a successful softball career before transitioning to baseball in 2010. She had competed at the 2006 World Championships and the 2007 World University Games and was a standout catcher at Simon Fraser University. She also played for the Valencia Antorcha softball club in Spain. After switching to baseball, she moved from catcher to outfielder. At the 2012 IBAF World Cup in Edmonton she scored four times in Canada’s bronze medal win against Australia. That year she was also a runner-up at the national championships with Team British Columbia.
