- Reached the quarter-final with Canada at the 2008 Olympic Football Tournament
 - Played for Canada at the Olympic Qualification Tournament, where they finished second
 - Won gold at the 2008 CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship
 - Played in several other U-19/U-20 FIFA and CONCACAF tournaments
 - Youngest player on the team at the FIFA World Cup in 2007
 - At 16, she won her first cap with the senior team when she replaced Christine Sinclair in the 88th minute (April 2005)
 - Named Canadian Youth Player of the Year in 2006
