Rebecca Pavan
Biography
Rebecca Pavan was first selected to join the national team in 2012. After a year hiatus, she returned to the squad in 2014. Pavan has come up through the national team system. In 2006 she was on the national youth team and won Best Blocker at the NORCECA Youth Championship. In 2008 she was on the national junior team and won Best Blocker Award at the NORCECA Junior Championship. During her collegiate career at the University of Kentucky, she helped the Wildcats make it to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen in 2009 and 2012 and was a member of the all-time winningest class in school history. Pavan played professionally in Germany in 2013-14, moving to France for the 2014-15 season.
