  • Won bronze in the C-2 500m with Katie Vincent at the 2023 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, qualifying Canada in the event for Paris 2024
  • Had finished sixth in the C-2 500m with Vincent at her first senior ICF World Championships in 2022
  • Has won two senior world championship medals in the non-Olympic C-4 500m event: gold in 2022 and bronze in 2023
  • Competed at the ICF U23 World Championships in 2021 and 2022
  • Won four gold medals at the 2022 Canada Games (C-1 200m, C-2 200m, Mix C-2 500m, C-4 500m)

Getting into the Sport: Started paddling at age 9 and began competing at age 11… Outside Interests: Enjoys wakesurfing and alpine skiing… Odds and Ends: Inspired by Laurence Vincent-Lapointe… Always keeps the lanyards with her accreditations on them… Raises money for the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Children’s Wish Foundation… Favourite motto: “What you’re doing when no one is watching is what separates a champion from everyone else”
