Tyler Rorke
Biography
Tyler Rorke won gold in the men’s team sprint at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games alongside James Hedgcock and Nick Wammes. Just a few months prior, he had won gold with Hedgcock and Wammes in the men’s team sprint at the 2023 Pan American Championships. That followed the silver medal he had won in the team sprint with Wammes and Ryan Dodyk at the 2022 Pan American Championships. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Rorke, Wammes, and Dodyk just missed the podium in the team sprint, placing fourth.
Rorke competed in the team sprint at the 2022 and 2023 UCI Track World Championships, finishing inside the top-10 both years. He made his UCI Nations Cup debut in Milton, Ontario in 2022. In 2024, he earned his first Nations Cup podium as he took bronze in the team sprint with Hedgock and Dodyk to secure Canada’s spot in the event for Paris 2024.
