Athletes flock to BMW’s Drive For Team Canada
BMW hosting events throughout Canada in support of future Olympians.
For every test drive of a BMW, the Team Canada partner is donating $10 to the Canadian Olympic Foundation, which supports next generation athletes and future Olympians. Given this simple opportunity to give back to Canadian sport, Olympians have flocked to BMW dealerships to help raise funds.
Ryan Cochrane

Ryan Cochrane quickly became a household name after winning medals in back-to-back Olympics. Cochrane won double gold in TO2015 and is looking to add to his Olympic tally going into Rio2016 as co-captain of the swimming team.
Joseph Polossifakis
Fencer Joseph Polossifakis has been part of the national team since 2009 and is headed to his first Games this summer. Polossifakis won double silver during TO2015 and recently took home a gold in London during an International Fencing Federation event.
Nikkita Holder, Rosie Cossar
Nikkita Holder and Rosie Cossar also paid a visit and helped support athletes across Canada. Holder made her Olympic debuted in London 2012 and made it to the semifinals. Three years later, Holder won bronze at TO2015 meeting Olympic standard and is hoping to qualify for Rio 2016.
Cossar was captain for the Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics team back in London 2012 – the first time Canada ever competed in the group event at the Olympics.
Mikael Kingsbury

Olympic silver medallist and two-time world champion in moguls, skier Mikael Kingsbury, has been a long-time competitor for Team Canada. Kingsbury is no stranger to the podium as he holds the record for the most world cup titles in moguls ever.
Ashley Steacy

Ashley Steacy from the women’s rugby sevens team has been a staple of the national team since 2007. The team has enjoyed strong finish during its regular season heading into Rio 2016.
Jason Burnett
Jason Burnett will be on his way to his third Olympic Games after coming off injuries that say him just nudged off the podium during TO2015 placing fourth. Burnett won Olympic silver at Beijing 2008.
