Chris Clark

Chris Clark is a Corporate Director, serving on the Boards of Air Canada, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust. Prior to becoming a Director, Chris was the Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada from 2005-2011. Chris is a Fellow Professional Chartered Accountant.

Through his role as Chair of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committees at Loblaw and Air Canada, as well as his accounting and finance background, Chris brings a deep knowledge of accounting standards and practices as well as a clear understanding of the Board’s responsibilities. Chris also brings tremendous experience with not-for-profit organizations. Most recently, he serves on the Boards of the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation, the Canadian Olympic Committee and Own the Podium. He previously served as the chair of the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Stephen J.R. Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
