Andy Skelton
Biography
Andy Skelton played a key role in Canada’s gold medal performance at the 2012 Pan American Championship, earning the win in the pitcher’s circle and delivering the game-winning three-run homerun to defeat Venezuela 4-1. He also helped Canada win bronze at the 2014 Pan American Championship and competed at the 2013 ISF Men’s World Softball Championship. Skelton has played in numerous Canadian Championships, earning a bronze medal in 2014 as a member of the Charlottetown Fawcetts and a silver medal in 2013 with the Scarborough Force. At the junior level, he was named to the Canadian Championship all-star team in 2009 and earned Top Player of the Championship Round honours in 2008.
