- Represented Canada at the Rugby Americas North Sevens tournament in Georgetown, Cayman Islands in July 2019, helping Canada clinch their first ever men’s sevens Olympic berth for Tokyo 2020
- Made his first senior national team appearance at the World Rugby Sevens Series leg in Cape Town, South Africa in 2018

Getting into the Sport: Started playing rugby with some of his friends in grade 12… Played varsity soccer at university and rugby in the summer, only focusing full time on rugby after graduating and getting identified as a national team carded athlete by Rugby Canada… Outside Interests: Graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in biology and chemistry in 2018… Hobbies include hiking, sailing, exploring and reading… Odds and Ends: Favourite motto: go for it…
