Gregory Sych
Biography
Lima 2019 will be the fifth straight Pan Am Games appearance for Gregory Sych who posted his best result at the multi-sport competition, seventh in the 50m rifle 3 positions, at Guadalajara 2011.. Sych has finished in the top-ten in the 50m rifle 3 positions competition at the last three Pan American Games. As a lieutenant in the Canadian army, Sych has competed at numerous editions of the World Military Championships. His career-high finish in an ISSF World Cup event is 13th, achieved in the 50m rifle 3 positions at the 2009 stop in Changwon. At the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Sych won silver in the 50m rifle 3 positions, his first career international medal.
