- Competed at the World Athletics Championships in 2022 and 2023; advanced to the 3000m steeplechase final in 2023 and finished eighth
- Won 3000m steeplechase bronze at the 2022 NACAC Championships
- Made his international debut in 2017 at the U20 World Cross Country Championships and U20 Pan American Championships; won the Pan Am U20 title in the 3000m steeplechase
- Won 3000m steeplechase gold at 2017 Canada Games
