Biography

  • Was a double medallist at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games; was part of Canada’s gold medal-winning team that qualified full eventing team for Paris 2024; also won bronze in individual eventing
  • Finished second at the Bromont CCI4* in 2022 on Bacyrouge, also known as Dreamy, a horse she and her husband trained from age 4
  • In 2010 became the first Canadian to compete in Mondial du Lion, the world championship for seven-year-old horses

Getting into the Sport: Comes from a non-horsey family but started taking weekly riding lessons at age 9 before a trip to Ireland… Began competing in local shows at age 10… Her first pony was named Blueberry and it took an entire summer of horse shows before she finished her first jumping course without falling off… Outside Interests: Operates Windsor Equestrian Centre with her husband…
