Blake Broszus
Biography
Blake Broszus made his Olympic debut at Tokyo 2020 where he represented Team Canada in the men’s team foil event. He competed in his first Pan American Games at Santiago 2023 where he was part of Canada’s silver medal in men’s team foil and was a quarterfinalist in men’s individual foil.
Broszus made his senior debut for Canada in 2018 while simultaneously competing at the junior (U20) level. He won back-to-back bronze medals in individual foil at the junior Pan American Championships in 2018 and 2019. Later in 2019, he helped the senior foil team to a silver medal at the Pan Am Championships. They made it three straight team foil silvers by finishing as the runners-up at the 2022 and 2023 Pan Am Championships.
At the 2022 FIE World Championships, Broszsus helped Canada reach the quarterfinals in men’s team foil.
