• Ran a personal best 8:27.90 in the 3000m steeplechase in May 2019, putting him under the entry standard for the 2019 IAAF World Championships
• Finished second in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2019 NCAA Championships
• Has earned four All-Big 12 citations while competing for Oklahoma State University
• Finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2019 Summer Universiade in Naples, Italy
• Missed most of the 2018 season after breaking his foot in April
